CONSIDER SHORT FII ( FEDERATED INVESTORS )

FII drives most of its income from money market funds. This Tuesday the Federal Reserve clearly stated that it will keep interest rates close to zero for an extended period. Treasury bills have negative returns. In this environment, FII will not be able to turn its traditional fees from the money market funds. Consider shorting in the range of $19 to $24. Target in the range of $10 to 12.
