CUBIST PHARMACEUTICALS (CBST) ACQUISITION TARGET

Yesterday Cubist (CBST) settled its long running dispute with Teva Pharmaceuticals (TEVA). It appears that this development sets Cubist up to be acquired by a larger player. 

Cubist has received upgrades from several brokers.  At present, cubist satisfies only three screens of  the ZYX Change Method.  We will issue an actionable signal in ZYX BUY CHANGE ALERTS when all six screens are meet.
