VirnetX Holding Corporation (VHC) stock is dropping on patent reexamination news.
United States Patent and Trademark Office website has ordered a reexamination for application number 95/100,682 regarding patents entitled “Agile Network Protocol for Secure Communications with Assured System Availability,” which is assigned to VirnetX (VHC). Previously Apple (AAPL) filed a reexamination request for the patents.
