GMCR has an agreement with KO for using K cups for all kinds of soda and cold beverages. There is massive short interest and shorts are likely to be squeezed. Consider starting a 5% tranche in the zone of $99 to $108.50. No stop for the time being as the quantity is very small. The stock can be squeezed all the way to $150. GM is down this morning after earnings. This is a buying opportunity however due to overall market conditions it is important to keep the overall quantity small here and plan to add later if the stock dips further. The buy zone is $31.26 to $34.26. The stock is trading at $33.90 as of this writing in the pre-market. Aggressive traders may want to take a 10 – 20% tranche here. Maximum accumulation if the stock dips should not exceed 60% of the full core position.
