INITIATE OR ADD TO KB HOME $KBH $LEN $ITB $XHB

KBH is a home builder. The new Fed statement is positive for home builders. This morning, a competitor, LEN, reported excellent earnings. If the housing market picks up, KBH is a high reward situation compared to other major home builders.

Consider initiating or adding in the zone of $11 to $13.26 to build up to 50% of the full core position size.

BUYOUT RUMORS ON RITE AID $RAD $CVS $WAG $KR

RAD is long from an average of $4.96. As of this writing RAD is trading at $8.26. 60% of the full core position size is being held. Partial profits have been taken as high as $7.38.

There are buyout rumors on RAD. Buyout of RAD by a larger company such as KR makes sense. However, even without a buyout, the stock has good potential.

The buy zone is $6.33 to $7.37. The target zone remains $11 to $12.40. The very long-term target remains $14 to $16.
