EDU has fallen about $9 to $38.13 as of this writing.  The stock is very volatile and the price may be very different by the time you get this post.  Consider taking profits on one-half of the position right here and move the stops on the rest to break even.

EDU is a Chinese company that teaches English to Chinese.  There are rumors of fraud and government investigation.  Often such rumors amount to nothing.  For this reason there is high risk in this position and it is important to keep quantities small.

The reason for doing the trade is because risk reward is asymmetrical.  Consider short selling up to 25% of the full core position size in the zone of $46.60 to $48.88.  Stop zone is $50.56 to $50.88.  Target zone depends on if there is a big fraud, in which case, $20 to $28.
