OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY FROM BUYOUTS IN OIL AND GAS

Buyouts are increasingly occurring in oil and gas. For investors, buyouts can be very lucrative.
Enerplus (ERF), an Arora Portfolio company, was just bought out by Chord Energy (CHRD). Enerplus has natural gas and oil properties in North Dakota, Colorado, and Pennsylvania. Chord Energy has natural gas and oil properties in the Williston Basin that covers parts of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and parts of Canada.
ERF shareholders will receive 0.10125 shares of CHRD plus $1.84 per share in cash.
