Congratulations! Software company Clearwater Analytics (CWAN) has become the 222nd Arora Portfolio company to receive a buyout offer.
Clearwater Analytics provides a cloud-based software platform for institutional investors. Clearwater’s platform could replace fragmented legacy tools with a unified system and near real time visibility across public and private markets.
The Offer
CWAN has received a $24.55 per share cash offer. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2026.
The agreement includes a go-shop provision that ends on January 23.
