Note the following:

• The markets always have crosscurrents.
• The chart shows zone 1 (support).  This is the most important point on the chart for investors right now.  
• The chart shows the stock market is making lower lows.  This is a negative pattern.
• The chart shows that today, the low in the stock market was significantly lower than where it is trading as of this writing in the premarket.
