Note the following:

• Semiconductors reflect the AI trade, and SOXL is the momo crowd’s favorite.
• The chart shows that SOXL is approaching the low band of zone 2 (resistance).
• RSI on the chart shows the SOXL is overbought. Overbought ETFs tend to be vulnerable to pullbacks.
• Prudent investors should carefully watch to see if SOXL pulls back from here or penetrates zone 2.  If SOXL penetrates zone 2, it will be a positive in the short term.
