Artificial Intelligence Beneficiary
Micron is benefiting from artificial intelligence (AI). AI needs high bandwidth memory. High bandwidth memory is priced higher, which will benefit Micron.
Micron is also benefiting from advances by NVDA as well as massive AI investments by Microsoft (MSFT), Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL), Amazon (AMZN), Meta (META), Apple (AAPL), and Tesla (TSLA).
Earnings
Revenues and projections were roughly inline, but the commentary was very bullish.
However, as we have shared with you before, the company is very promotional. The commentary is always bullish. Even when the macro for memory was terrible, management was making bullish comments.
Prudent investors should take note that Wall Street is buying into the bullish commentary. Analysts are raising price targets.
