We scaled in UYG between $7.97 and $ 7.50. Our average is $ 7.66. At today’s close of $11.03, we are sitting on a gain of $45% in few short days. Gold has been hit very hard due to funds liquidating their gold positions to meet margin calls. CLOSELY WATCH TO BUY TO COVER RBS, BCS, IBN, UBS

We have been short banks. UK government is investing $10B in RBS and $3B in BCS. We do not know how the stock prices will react. Should the prices begin to rally, we recommend covering in London.
