P reports earnings after the close. In our 30 years in the markets, 2013 has been the worst year in terms of short squeezes and the squeezed stocks continuing to levitate even after the squeeze is over. P is one of such stocks.
There have been only four similar previous years; in three out of four such instances, squeezed stocks crashed and fortunes were made.
What To Do Now?
Please insure that the quantity held is small enough to withstand any spike up after the earnings release without discomfort. If this is not the case, consider reducing the quantity even if it means taking a loss.
