QUALCOMM (QCOM) SNAPDRAGON WILL ALLOW INSTANT STREAMING FRON NETFLIX (NFLX)

Our long term readers know that we have been a fan of QUALCOMM (QCOM) snapdragon line of processors. An upcoming version will allow direct streaming from Netflix (NFLX) to mobile devices. At present, Netflix content can be downloaded, but not streamed, to mobile devices.

This development also extends lead of Netflix over competitors. We are long Netflix and expect Netflix stock to trade higher today. We will maintain the discipline imposed by the ZYX Change Method and proceed with our exit strategy as outlined in the prior post.

We will wait for a pullback before entering a long position on QUALCOMM.
