TASR is moving up nicely providing an opportunity to accumulate a short position. There is no change in the plan to accumulate up to 40%. The top band of the short zone is $19.73. Mental stop remains $21.56. The target zone remains $11 to $12.50.
Those who are accustomed to ZYX Change Method know that one of our rules is to never look a gift horse in the mouth and realize profits when they appear quickly after the trade is entered. Such was the case with DGLY. A 10% tranche entered at $8.66 had quickly had great profits when on the same day the stock dipped to $5.62 where profits were taken.
This morning the stock took off but there were not any shares available to short until now. As of this writing the stock is at $12.64. The trading plan has now changed based on DGLY behavior. Consider shorting a 10% tranche right here. Up to 30% may be accumulated preferably on a move between $14.75 to $16.75. Mental stops over $17.50. The new target zone is $3 to $6.
