The stock is being hit in the after market on report of revision of prior earnings due to improprieties in U.K. subsidiary. This dip is a buying opportunity. Consider buying a 20% tranche, preferable in two tranches, in the zone of $42 -$44 in the aftermarket. Currently the stock is trading at $43.60. The plan is to buy more if the stock dips further.
